Plates - Convert your Manfrotto head to Arca Swiss
Sunwayfoto make the MAC-15 plate that converts a Manfrotto ball head to take both Manfrotto 200PL plates and Arca Swiss.
Use this plate to convert your Manfrotto Tripod Head that uses 200PL plates (the common one). You can either replace the top plate of your Manfrotto head or screw your 200PL plate into the bottom of the MAC 15. This is a brilliant workaround to allow you to use a custom L bracket on your Manfrotto head and still use PL200 plates as well.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME HEADS NEED AN ADAPTOR.

Do I need an Adaptor ?
Some heads will need an adaptor to make this work. The easiest way to see is to remove the top plate from your Manfrotto Head, if the groove is recessed then you need the adaptor, if the groove is raised then you don't.
Required for these Manfrotto Heads - befree MKBFRA4-BH, 484, 486, 488, 494, 496, 498, 054, 055 and 057 series ball heads. And maybe more that I'm unaware of.
