As these are small groups I like to work with each person individually. We can work on anything you like, can you give me an idea below if you have anything specific you would like to cover on the day.

If "YES" then can you please list below the camera model you will be using, plus the lens that we will be putting filters onto. I also need to know the tread size of the front filter element, I need to know this to make sure I can put filters onto your lens.

Due to the nature of Landscape Photography we will visit places that require some walking
and a moderate level of fitness is required. Nothing is ever strenuous and locations can be
gauged on the groups dynamics but please be aware that you need to be mobile enough
to have access to some of the places that we shoot.

I use social media and Newsletters as a way of promoting my business, so I may wish to
post images or stories of our days outings. I totally respect peoples privacy so hence I ask
your permission to post such images. I will only ever use first names and tagging is up to
the individual.

More Than 14 days before the workshop
If you cancel 14 or more days before the workshop then your deposit will be refunded in
full or you can transfer to another workshop.
Less than 14 days before the workshop
If you cancel less then 14 days before the start of the workshop, and the workshop is full; your workshop fee is
refunded if a replacement is found, a fee of $99 is deducted to cover re advertising the
workshop.
If a replacement is not found then NO REFUND IS GIVEN.
You can not transfer to another workshop if you cancel less than14 days before the start of
the workshop.
THIS WORKSHOP REQUIRES A MIN OF 2 BOOKINGS TO PROCEED
The workshop will be cancelled if there is only one booking, you will be refunded in full or moved to another date, I will notify you 7 days prior to the workshop date if there is only one booking.

Please consider that my workshops are structured with very small groups and to run these
with small numbers means I need to implement such polices.

All care is taken whilst on a workshop and safety is paramount at all times. However due
to the nature of locations we may visit, it has to be stated that Dean Cooper Photography
holds no responsibility or liability for personal injury or damage to personal or third party
property.
At any time Dean Cooper Photography holds the right to cancel any workshop. If this
happens a full refund will be applied.
