Fitness and Mobility, Medical Conditions

Due to the nature of Landscape Photography we will visit places that require some walking
and a moderate level of fitness is required. Nothing is ever strenuous and locations can be
gauged on the groups dynamics but please be aware that you need to be mobile enough
to have access to some of the places that we shoot.

I use social media and Newsletters as a way of promoting my business, so I may wish to
post images or stories of our days outings. I totally respect peoples privacy so hence I ask
your permission to post such images. I will only ever use first names and tagging is up to
the individual.

Cancellation Policy

More Than 60 days before the workshop
If you cancel 60 or more days before the workshop then your deposit will be refunded in
full.
Less than 60 days before the workshop
If you cancel less then 60 days before the start of the workshop your workshop fee is
refunded if a replacement is found, a fee of $99 is deducted to cover re advertising the
workshop.
If a replacement is not found then NO REFUND IS GIVEN. Please consider that my
workshops are structured with very small groups and to run these with small numbers
means I need to implement such polices. Hence this is why Travel Insurance is required to
attend these workshops and will cover you for any losses that would occur where you to
cancel.

Waiver of Liability

All care is taken whilst on a workshop and safety is paramount at all times. However due
to the nature of locations we may visit, it has to be stated that Dean Cooper Photography
holds no responsibility or liability for personal injury or damage to personal or third party
property.
At any time Dean Cooper Photography holds the right to cancel any workshop. If this
happens a full refund will be applied.

Our meals will be a mix of in-house and restaurants or cafes. Breakfast will be at our accommodation most mornings, we will have some cooked breakys at cafes.
