    I use social media and Newsletters as a way of promoting my business, so I may wish to post images or stories of our days outings. I totally respect peoples privacy, hence I ask your permission to post such images. I will only ever use first names and tagging is up to the individual

    Fitness, mobility and Medical Conditions

    Due to the nature of Landscape Photography we will visit places that require some walking and so a moderate level of fitness is required. Nothing is ever strenuous and locations can be gauged on the groups dynamics

    Travel Insurance

    It is a requirement that you have travel insurance for this workshop.

    Cancellation Policy

    Due to COVID I am offering full refunds if our workshop is cancelled due to COVID, this includes only the cost of the workshop, all other expenses are at the patrons cost.

    Dietary Requirements

    All our meals are supplied by Mountain Seas Lodge, if there is anything in particular that you require then please let us know.
    As the Island has limited supplies, these need to be organised before our arrival.

    Breakfast

    Breakfast is an option of Continental or a cooked breakfast, if there is a particular cereal, milk or yogurt then please let us know below
    Lunch will be at the Lodge, or we may take a packed lunch with us. All our main meals will be at the Lodge

    Alcoholic Drinks

    Mountain Seas Lodge is licensed and there will be a bar on hand for us, there is beer and wine at reasonable prices

    Waiver of Liability

    All care is taken whilst on a workshop and safety is paramount at all times. However due to the nature of locations we may visit, it has to be stated that Dean Cooper Photography holds no responsibility or liability for personal injury or damage to personal or third party property.
